20.What is the lead time for ordering commercial air-time and delivering content materials?

21.How quickly can my ads be up and running?
Each advertiser must anticipate a 14-day lead time. However, this can vary for each advertiser and will be established between you and your account executive.

22.Is there a commercial acceptance procedure for ads appearing on E-GuideTV?
EGS retains the rights for approval on all advertising, entertainment material, and content that appears on
E-GuideTV.
EGS does not accept or submit ads that are explicit or distasteful. The approval process is built into the lead time for materials. Generally, advertising predicted to appear on primetime broadcast network
television is acceptable; however, there are certain subjects that hoteliers and guests are not comfortable seeing. Discuss this with your account executive if you are unsure of your product's acceptability.

33.When is advertising artwork due?
Artwork is due fourteen (14) business days prior to the Ad Run Date. If the materials due date falls on a non-business day, materials are due the preceding business day. Late artwork will be assessed
a late charge. EGS is not responsible for any errors on ads that receive client approval or are submitted as final artwork by the client. EGS will run the same ad unless the advertiser provides new artwork
by the required deadline.

34.Will EGS provide proofs of artwork for approval?
EGS will provide final proofs for your approval. Once your advertisement or commercial is approved it is placed in cue for its designated run dates and can no longer be edited or modified.

37.How does the billing process work?

40.Who do I contact if I notice something is wrong with my ad?
Please contact your account executive and they will notify the E-GuideTV technical support team to ensure the problem is corrected. Your account executive will notify you when
the change has been made. Please note if the problem occurred after your approval, EGS is no longer responsible for any errors, and any changes needed to be made may be subject to service fees.

41.What happens if I miss the ad insertion due date?
Your ad will not run on the scheduled date and you may be assessed a late charge. The run-date and/or any additional fees will need to be rescheduled with your account executive.

42.What happens if I am late on my payment and/or miss a payment for my advertisement?
Invoices past due 30 days will be assessed a monthly late fee. For invoices past due more than 60 days, an additional late fee will be charged to your account. Failure to pay within 90 days will nullify
all rate/position protection and serve as a cancellation of your contract, requiring immediate payment of the remaining contract term.
