The adView is a commercial spot displayed directly above the TV listings with full sound, motion and color. Ads are displayed in 15, 30 and 60-second intervals and appear hourly.

The adBoard is a static ad displayed above the local TV listings. Ads are displayed in 15, 30, and 60-second increments and appear hourly.

The adBanner is a static ad that appears at the beginning of the scrolling TV listings. Shown approximately every 2-3 minutes, the adBanner is prime screen positioning with
480, 10-second spots per room, per day.

Hotel guests turnover every couple of days, therefore we recommend not changing your advertising message frequently. Unless the message has an expiration date, no more than once per month should be sufficient.

E-GuideTV has a fixed number of advertisements per hour available, so the chance for sell out is always present. Assuming the inventory is available when and where you want to advertise, 60 days for space
reservations and 14 days for materials should be sufficient.

18.How quickly can my ads be up and running?
Each advertiser must anticipate a 14-day lead time. However, this can vary for each advertiser and will be established between you and your advertising sales representative.

30.When is my advertising artwork due?
Artwork is due fourteen (14) business days prior to the Ad Run Date. If the materials due date falls on a non-business day, materials are due the preceding business day. Late artwork may be assessed
a late charge. EGS is not responsible for any errors on ads that receive client approval or are submitted as final artwork by the client. EGS will run the same ad unless the advertiser provides new artwork
by the required deadline.

31.Will EGS provide proofs of artwork for approval?
On request, EGS will provide final proofs for your approval. Once your advertisement or commercial is approved it is placed in cue for its designated run dates and can no longer be edited or modified.

34.How does the billing process work?
Unless prior arrangements are made, the first month's payment for reservation of space is due upon signing. Subsequent ad payments are due thirty (30) days prior to the 1st day of the advertisement being run E-GuideTV.

EGS accepts: Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, or Corporate Checks. No cash will be accepted.

EGS reserves the right to refuse any advertisement for any reason.

37.Who do I contact if I notice something is wrong with my ad?
Please contact your advertising sales representative and they will notify the E-GuideTV technical support team to ensure the problem is corrected. Your advertising sales representative will notify you when
the change has been made. Please note if the problem occurred after your approval, EGS is no longer responsible for any errors, and any changes needed to be made may be subject to service fees.

38.What happens if I miss the ad insertion due date?
Your ad will not run on the scheduled date and you may be assessed a late charge. The run-date and/or any additional fees will need to be rescheduled with your advertising sales representative.

39.What happens if I am late on my payment and/or miss a payment for my advertisement?
Invoices past due thirty (30) days will be assessed a monthly late fee. For invoices past due more than sixty (60) days, an additional late fee will be charged to your account. Failure to pay within ninety (90) days will nullify
all rate/position protection and serve as a cancellation of your contract, requiring immediate payment of the remaining contract term.
